Hi all!
I've been scouring the internet for advice on strength changing and by Uthgar is it a mess.
I have little to no idea where to begin. And my confusion is compounded by the fact that I also have a physical disability which leaves me exhausted and in pain most days. My physio told me that I need to focus on core strength and building muscle to support my joints...so I went to a gym today for the first time in over a year. It was very intimidating.
I'd appreciate any help re. Advice on strength training, keeping motivated (e.g. not letting the pain get me down) and any advice on coping with a disability!
