  1. As a 74kg weight class newbie I've been using Candito's six week strength program currently on my 5th week of the second cycle. I am planning to use Garrett Blevins's peaking method to get myself ready for the meet which is on the 6th of May, however if I use 3 weeks for peaking I still have 1 week window as candito's program have me testing my 1RM on the 6th week just wondering whether I should test my 1RM next week and start the peaking or I should be doing something better? and do I really need 3 weeks to peak?Estimated Max Squat 355lbs / 161kgBench 265lbs / 120kgDeadlift 450lbs / 204kgThank you guys!
