  1. A very late update [emoji33] These challenges went well 80-90% of the time! I’m going to keep my focus on sleep and change the eating side of the challenges to reflect a bigger priority: dealing with binge-eating.
  2. Migraines are the worst, second that. They hurt self-control so it’s harder to resist cravings and give in to my excuses to avoid the gym (and when they’re really bad they really incapacitate me from doing anything, my head feels super heavy) A very clear trigger for me is related to sleep. This week I got a FitBit Charge 2 and it showed me that I’m sleeping less than 8 hours most of the time, and sleeping bad (e.g little) is a trigger for me. Also waking up in the middle of my sleep, going to bed late (after 23h), staying in bed for too long. I still don’t know how many hours I need to slee
  3. All those references [emoji173]️ I think most of us deal with these things. It’s also good to remember we shouldn’t be so hard on ourselves and also be brave enough to take steps even if they’re small. Just keep on going. Let me know when you’re in the area and I’ll be readying my torpedoes to help. Thank you! I’ve never felt a deep connection with nature before surfing. You should try it!
  4. Brave adventurers, I join you today after so many years lurking and questioning It's an honor to fight by your side I decided to join because of the accountability task in the Academy. I've been unhappy about my weight and some other aspects of my life for at least 7 years now and want to see it through this time. Finding like-minded people to take this journey together seems like the obvious plan. Main Quest: I am somebody healthy, that eats real food 80% of the time, is a size 4/EU 38 and goes to the gym 3 times a week Challenges: - Go to bed
