  1. Hey guys. Would there happen to be a chart on this scale (pro, elite, extremely and so on) for females? Or, if not, an accurate way to scale the weights for each level? .-. Even if not, I'd also like to know your ideas for each level. :3 Thanks!
  2. Hey guys, Echo here. It's been months since I've posted on the Rebellion, let alone did actual workouts. I feel ashamed of myself. Even though I've went from 157 lbs. to 127, I am steadily gaining weight again due to inactivity. And frankly.. I haven't been happy for months. Truly happy, y'know? I've almost lost all of my motivation for working out.. And I'm looking to regain it. I WANT to join the Rebellion again, and to be happy again. I think that by taking control of my life in the form of my lifestyle will cause drastic changes within me! (Sorry that the beginning was a bit of a downer :<) I want to gain my life back. I want to be happy. Wish me luck, and for the rebellion!~
  3. I know this is late, but I'd love to join if possible! I think keeping accountable would be a great way to stay motivated.

    Tutorial Level~

I now have my motivation! I've been looking for this since the beginning of the challenge, and none of my previous "motivations" didn't actually.. You know.. Motivate me. My true motivation is that an anime convention is coming up (March/May), and I want to cosplay as Rena from either .Hack or "Higurashi: When they Cry". .Hack's outfit is so... Revealing! -shudders- So, I want to be ready and have a nice body for it! Which would mean cutting my fat percentage down, and keeping it there. Wish me luck!
  5. Kay. So, I absolutely love anime and manga (as well as drawing it), and I've decided that for my second convention I'm going to do a -gasp!- actual cosplay. So, I was either going as Rena from .Hack or Rena from "Higurashi: When They Cry". It'll be in March of next year, and if anyone has seen Rena from .Hack, she's pretty tiny, if not toned. This gives me a goal! I want to be able to cosplay as Rena from .Hack/ "Higurashi: When They Cry". Which would also mean changing my diet specifically. So guys, any cosplay or anime convention stories? (Sorry about getting all of topic!)
  6. Thanks. I'ma check him out. :3
  7. I've been rethinking my goal to Be active everyday for at least 5 minutes. I find that because of tennis practice and just walking around during school, I count those as reaching the goal, but I wasn't making a concerted effort to be active. So, I believe I'll change this to Do intense physical activity (I'm including tennis practice) 3 times a week or more. For my diet goal, I'm switching to Resist the impulse to eat unhealthy once a day. Just once a day. Even if I relapse within minutes, I'll still be exercising my willpower. I wish to replace one goal, however. Procrastinating! I've gotten a little bit better with it, but I want to work on something a bit more worthwhile. Which translates to..Practice my Japanese 15 minutes every day outside of class and work assignments. I really want to become fluent in this language, and this has to do with my goals for the future. 1 year goal: Be top in my (Japanese) class, have a body that I'm not ashamed to cosplay in <3 5 year goal: Be able to converse and read Japanese fluently 10 year goal: Have my own manga written in both Japanese and English.
  8. A fellow Android! Good luck on the challenge, and even though you are a bit late, I'm sure you can create good goals for the next couple of weeks.
  9. Good luck, and welcome to the Guild! What type of workouts are you going to be doing? The only thing I'm a bit skeptical about is if you -need- that many workouts, plus the interval training. 3-4 times would be a nice round number, at least for me. Just tell me if I'm overstepping my boundaries!
  10. Can I try to help too? I know that I perform better with a partner, and I'll try to keep you accountable! Good luck on the challenge, fellow Assassin!
  11. Nooo. The Weeping Angels freak me out. XD I want to watch the new season, though. Hmm.. can Weeping Angels only be humanoids? Because, if not, the Great Sphinx of Egypt could be one (unless I'm undereducated)... Offtopic: Did you know that there's actually a Weeping Angel mod for Minecraft?

I love it too~ Unfortunately, it's not mine. Found it on Google. Yay, Google!
  13. I like your goals, but I'd reccomend that you make them a bit more detailed. Like, for your first one: Complete set # of gymnastic holds, etc. Good luck on the challenge!
  14. Ooh~ Slightly off-topic but, yay! Another Japanese speaker. Though I'm curious.. What's a major in Japanese mean? (I'm still in highschool, so don't really know..) Good luck on your challenge, and great goals.

Thanks guys! @Rix- I think my challenges for procrastination will be doing my homework -immediately- when I get home, and cleaning up when I'm told to/when I notice it. I wasn't really sure how to make that measurable, though. Maybe I could allow just one procrastination oppurtunity per week, and if I went over that limit I have points deducted off of my score for the challenge?

    Tutorial Level~

I've just recently had my 15th birthday (yay!) and I had vowed that I'd begin anew. I want the rest of highschool-and life- to be enjoyable and to live my life to the fullest. For my first challenge, I definitely lost steam. This time however, I'm educated and motivated. My wanted habits: 1st Habit: No more procrastinating! Do it immediately, get it out of the way. Wis: +2 2nd Habit: Ease into eating Primally. 1st week: One healthy meal (not counting leftovers, so cooking it) 2nd week: 2 healthy meals. 3rd week: 3-4 healthy meals (perhaps a big jump? I dunno) and so on, until I eat that way basically everyday. CON: +3.5 3rd (Last) Habit: Do some form of exercise every day! Whether going walking or doing a bodyweight circuit. 5 min. first week, 10 minutes second week, 15 minutes third week, and so on. STA: +1, WIS: +1, CHA: +2 Kay! That was longwinded, but I -know- I'll succeed this time. Failing overall is not an option. I've been pumping myself up for this!
  17. -Thread is closed- Sorry bout this, but I've decided to just solo it. Sorry about taking up a thread!
  18. Stuff like.. "Max circuits of -insert bodyweight routine- in -insert time". The competitions aren't that important, the main thing for me is some help to keep accountable and motivated (well, just some help to stick with it). The competitions are just icing on the healthy cake~ Did that answer your question? .-. Sorry, kind of off topic.
  19. Hiyas! So, I know this is early and all (at least by a couple days) but since my last definitely didn't go well, I want actual results -GASP- this time. I'm hoping to have a rival that I can compete in bodyweight exercises, (I'd prefer if you're going through a diet change, preferably Primal or Paleo) and is no nonsense! I don't want babying, and I know that I'll get results better with a strict partner. The only bumps in the road that I can see is that I'm going to be doing tennis (so I'll just do my workouts earlier) and school's starting back up. Same solution. Oh, and good luck to everyone for the next challenge! :3
  20. My coordination is severly lacking. Tried to do I interval training with the jump rope. Epic fail! My highest was 14 jumps without stopping. It's my birthday today and also the day that I'm going Primal. Unfortunately, the vibrams are too much money. Maybe next holiday?
  21. Hit a tiny little waystone without realizing it. My pants fit a little looser! I had noticed that my legs were getting smaller, but didn't expect this! Heck yeah!!
  22. Tomorrow, will do interval training with the jumprope and the playground workout. Woo! Not sure if I'll have a break in between or what.
  23. My "coach" (suprisingly athletic grandfather) had me and a friend play tennis for two hours (no breaks :<), and then we went to the fm and basically did interval training around the track. Every other lap (he had us sprinting 7 laps!) we had to sprint around the track and LAP him. This guy walks super fast! By the end of it, my eyes refused to stay open while walking and my legs were nearly numb. To top it all off, the workout ended with me doing 10 incline dumbbell presses (is that the name?) with 12.5 lb. weights in each hand. I was already still sore from the last time doing this, which I unfortunately didn't post. Phew! Doing a smaller workout tomorrow. AND I believe I gave the motivation I need. My birthday's coming up and so on the day of my birthday I have swore to myself that starting then, I will become a new person. My goals are to go 80/90% Primal by August 25th, strengthen my bare feet with (hopefully!) my new Vibram Five Fingers and to do at least 2 hours of physical activity a week, which shouldnt be a problem as long as I stay with tennis. Wish me luck guys! Here's to a new me!
  24. Just commenced on the third mini challenge. Meditated for about 16 minutes or so, and loved it! It was really relaxing. Hoping to do it tomorrow.
