  1. Hello, How many minutes approximately would I have to do on a stepper machine to lose Belly fat? My diet is pretty good and I don't drink soda. I know everyone is different but just an approximate guess? thanks in advance
  2. What if I ride the Bike for an Hour instead of 20 minutes will I lose more weight if I ride for longer?
  3. Is drinking 2 glasses of wine a night ok?
  4. I just read it and I have given up drinking soda. All I drink now is water
  5. But I don't go by the guage because sometimes it can be off, but if going by the guage I go 90 calories per ride so I guess i'm not going for long enough. Maybe 30 minutes?
  6. The past week and a half I've been slowly pedalling on my stationary Bike for 20 minutes each day and I have not lost any weight. Is a week and a half not long enough? Am I pedalling too slow (I know this may very well be the cause) Is 20 minutes not enough if I'm pedalling slowly? Thanks in advance.
  7. How many calories on average should you lose peddling at a slow to moderate rate on a stationary bike for 30 minutes? My guage says 90 calories but that doesn't seem right. Just trying to find out if my gauge is faulty.
