  1. My knees are fine in terms of not buckling, what I meant re: the balancing, was the vertical alignment of your hips as you do it. If your using your left leg, you have to push your hips to adjust your centre of gravity, as you go down your left hip wants to go up and your right hip wants to go down. Before I do lots of these, would the differing heights in your hips cause any back problems later down the track?
  2. What are people's opinions on 1 legged squats? They seem like a good exercise for the leg you are using, but does the leaning to the side to maintain your balance damage your hips or knees with the different position?
  3. Hi there, short time reader, first time poster. I'm just busy looking around the forums but I'll be certainly posting here a lot more. Looking forward to the challenge of sticking to a workout plan long term. And also for the challenge of continually converting between pounds and kilo's! Get on the Metric!
