  1. It is just me (for the time being) so that would work perfectly.. and yes, I am an academy member but I wasn't sure if the meal plan would work with "any" of the nutrition module recipes, so that's great to know LIkewise, wasn't sure if a regular potato/rice would be an acceptable sub in for sweet potatoes.
  2. In complete and total honesty, I've just never liked them. I have tried all of the above (and even found Chili decent once or twice). Yogurt has always left a terrible taste in my mouth (I've tried every brand in nearby food stores, the one I like had more sugar in it than soda of course), zucchini has always screwed havoc with my stomach.. and seafood I have to eat in moderation or it does the same. I've tried them in many dishes, cooked many ways, and just never found any to my liking. Would love to switch out meals, but that's where the "I'm terrible at meals" part comes in.. I don't really know what to swap in. I've spent months going through various dietary posts, looking at nutritional values, and I don't know if it's me or if I'm doing it wrong, but it never really makes much sense to me. So, I was looking for a simple "Yeah, eat this" kind of deal, and came so close with the level 4 plan. Overall, it's like 5 or 6 days of the month that I would want to substitute things, and the rest would be good.
  3. TBH, wasn't super thrilled looking at the paleo either.. how are regular potatoes vs sweet potatoes?
  4. I am, and have been for as long as I can remember, a picky eater. I've come a long way in the past few years in finding foods that I never liked before but have begun to enjoy, but I'm still a long way from being able to do the meal plan design provided by NFA. Basically, looking at the "level 4 meal plan", I would be wanting to cut out yogurt, any seafood, avocado, beans (and by extension, chili), sweet potatoes, and zucchini.. but have no idea what to substitute for them. Does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives?
