  1. Been doing the weekly challenges as well as my normal workout routine. I have reached my first goal and complete my body weight sets and I have actually added new exercise on top of them so WOOOT! Still workin on the financial goals, but that is going better and my soda intake are almost non existent!! My diet is going great, and my friends have kept working out with me, which just pushes me harder. All in all I am very proud of myself! As well as Akibyte, Pat and Adam!

  3. Akibyte and I did this also, the bear crawl and crab crawl about killed me!! My Phase 1 Pull-ups: 2 Push-ups: 30 Squats: 58 I will be posting video of my sad phase two soon
  4. Ok so last week was absolutely insane. I still got in all of my exercises except for the 4th I took off the holiday, and I really should not have done that. Also I have pushed my legs a little too hard in the past couple weeks and developed some serious pain in my shins and ankles so gonna pull back just a little to give them a break and push a little harder on my upper body workouts. Found a couple of areas nearby that will allow us to start practicing our beginner parkour vaults, rolls and exercises. Wish us luck!

  6. I have been looking for a freerunning / parkour gym somewhere in Ohio but it looks like the closest to me is in Pennsylvania I think there is a group that gets together at OSU also but that is hours away.... Guess im gonna have to build my own
  7. Day15 The gods smile upon us and allow a reprieve from the horrid heat and the winds of rage, allowing me to get back into full swing of my training regiment. I decide to push myself a little more each day, nudging myself out of that comfortable zone and instead forcing my muscles to work harder, my mind to harden against laziness and my inner assassin to come just a bit closer to the surface. The Mistress seems to be taking leave of me and letting me get down to business. Let us hope that she stays gone, I do not miss her calling eyes... DAY 15 RECAP: Took my daily photos and weight measurements Begin Workout SET 1 - (Did without stopping) 50 Jumping Jacks 35 Body Weight Squats 16 Full Pushups 60 Second Plank 25 One arm rows with 15 lbs each arm Rested for 2 minutes SET 2 - (Did without stopping) 50 Jumping Jacks 15 Squat Jumps 16 Full Pushups 60 Second Plank 25 One Arm Rows with 15 lbs Rested for two mins SET 3 - 50 Jumping Jacks 30 Body Weight Squats 16 Full Pushups 60 Second Plank 25 One arm rows with 15 lbs each arm Cooldown Stretching I am getting dangerously close to completing my first goal and I should be able to push through to get it done b the end of this week!!! I am pushing myself a lot harder each day and can feel the changes already in my body and have been told that others can tell the difference also. So very pumped. Started practicing my basic parkour rolls and will begin my vaults on Wednesday, all in all i am so excited for myself to have stuck with my workout for so long. I am also very proud of my friends who are now working out with me every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Huzzah! So much easier to keep going when you have a group that shows up

  11. Day12 The anger of the gods continue and they hit us with storms of rage. Rain, hail, high winds. They test my resolve. They take away my comforts to test my will. I will stay focused, and I will not give in to the hardships. I continue my training in the dark and sweltering heat. I push myself even harder than usual. This is a test that I will not fail... It knocked down trees, nearly killed me on my motorcycle ride from work to home and took our electricity out. I was forced to workout inside my heat trap of a house with no lights, but I pushed through it. I was unable to do my box umps as usual but I did get a 60 second plank on my last set, pushing myself to do those more often, but man it burns!!! Also adding a couple reps to each exercise from here on out.
  12. Day11 The gods are displeased and have hit us with a heat that seems to never stop. I wipe the sweat from my brow as the day passes keeping it from dropping into my eyes. As I train it feels as if I am doing so inside the kitchens stoves. I am drenched from my own perspiration giving me only momentary cooling, just enough to keep me from blacking out. I push on as long as I can before retiring to my quarters for the evening... DAY 11 RECAP: Took my daily photos and weight measurements Begin Workout Did interval sprints and jogs up and down hills in the woods behind my house. All the while practicing moving silently. 35 Mins of jogging/sprints Silently moving from place to place Cooldown Stretching Well the heat wave is pushing through at full force and does not seem to be letting up any time soon. And with the humidity I need gills to go outside and workout. We did however push through our workout with little difficulty and worked on moving silently. Liking that a lot

  14. I sit silently in meditation thinking over my day of training, when suddenly a carrier pigeon lands just inside the window opposite me. "A message from the masters" I think to myself. I spring forward and take the message from the birds foot. As I read my excitement turns to worry. This is not good. It has been long since the assassins have had to spring into action this quickly. I take note of what I will need to do to get myself into the thick of things. I must take my training to a whole new level, not only increasing my strength but my agility as well. Translation- I will be doing some video with Akibyte on walking silently through the wooded area where we do our sprints.
  15. Yeah, my body openly and immediately rejected it. I now crave fruits...a LOT. Never thought I would utter those words....
