  1. does anyone have advice on how to stick to a program???? i try to make different programs for myself, trying a WIDE variety of things to do (mainly in the gym/weight room) but can never seem to stick with a plan. call me fickle but I just don't feel like doing the same thing every week for 4-12 weeks for example. -- thoughts? thanks
  2. I love working out at parks. I feel so free and there is so much space. the beauty of bodyweight is that it is so incredibly diverse. try looking up some videos on Youtube. in theory you could work out for years and never do the same workout twice. the are many many things you can do to train with zero weights. the hard thing about bodyweight training as you get more creative is that it's harder to isolate certain movements by particular muscles - meaning there's little isolation. It's not strictly a bicep curl, then strictly triceps. Bodyweight is usually many muscles all at once //have fun
  3. colloquially, we associate paleo with a certain type of diet and certain types of foods. -- the less popular, more verbose way of saying "paleo" is saying "nutrient-dense primal foods" the paleo diet, and any diet for that matter, is better for one's body if the foods consumed are organic -- as for organic food, people have different opinions on it, but common sense would say they are better than conventional foods
