  1. I feel lethargic all the time and have motivation only when on stimulants. It’s time for this bullshit to end. I’m going to Assassinate my lazy, unmotivated and overweight self. Goals: 1. Reduce weight range by 20-30 lbs 2. Reduce caloric intake [Reduce consumption of saturated fats, Controlled meal portions, Reduce consumption of soda, Consume more water] Level Up Goal: Get employed somewhere and get acceptance into Nursing school Stats Name: Ken Class: Average Human Profession: Assassin Age: 26 Height: 5’7’’ Weight: 205 lbs (Obesity Category I) Health Complications: Asthma (well controlled) My attitude and perspective: As a brutally honest person (and former mental health/substance abuse counselor) I know exactly what is wrong: I feel and look fat, eat too much and drink way to much sugar; I rely on espresso and red bull to be productive. In the past when I was working full time I went to the gym 4 days a week and took really good care of my body and mind. I was laid off in March 2010 and since then it’s been a trip into deeper levels of hell. I say deeper because we already live in an economic system that delivers hell upon us daily. My physical peak was while in the Army. I scored high on my APFT and ran 2 miles 5 days a week among other things. I maintained a solid 150 pounds until age 20 when I began to figuratively and literally grow up, oh yeah and drink beer at school. Jump start plan: I’m going to start out with free running and do a mixture of push up’s, sit up’s, pull up’s, small free weights and long stretch sessions. I’m open for suggestions if you have any on how to mix it up. For my mental health: Play lots of Assassin’s Creed
  2. Assassin recruit reporting for duty.
  3. Reporting for duty! I'm Ken. I'm an ex-Army cadet (Army fitness standards). My main areas of activity are running (cardio) roughly 1-2 miles to warm up, free weights (the usual) and the eliptical machine usually 30-60 minutes. I can swim roughly 16 laps before my asthma gives me a problem. I am a novice at rock climbing and bouldering. I'm very skilled at backpacking and orienteering and never rely on GPS while in the wilderness. I can repel and belay and pretty much do all of that when I can (which isn't too often). On the other side I enjoy RPG games and FPS's. I'm heavily involved in left-wing political activism and am training to become a Registered Nurse. I'm going to go for Assassin. My partner is DrTwink and we'll be teaming up. That's me in a nut shell.
