    My biggest weakness 😤 Anytime I start something I become obsessed and can't stop until I hurt myself or get a breakdown. Then I don't want to hear about it again. at least the pandemic forces me at restrict myself, I only allow myself to go for a run if I naturally wake up before 7, because there is almost no one outside at that time. That helps limiting myself. I'm sorry to hear that! I hope it doesn't restrict you to do what you want. That being said I'm an awful runner. I could only do the 10 km because I was running very slowly. I'm usually just walking which takes a bit too much time outside. That's why I'm trying running to have at least my 10000 steps a day in a very short time. Walking is actually my favourite exercise. It's not that hard to do 10 to 15 km without killing our legs or our lungs. Will start again when the pandemic is contained! 😁

    I may have been a bit too enthusiastic, that's for sure. but it would have been a pity to stop at 9km. I like round numbers. Doms were ridiculously bad the day after, I couldn't even stand up from a chair that was hilarious 😂 It could have been. I'm pretty good at hurting myself badly. But it was just pretty bad DOMS of doom luckily . I could go for a little run yesterday but limited myself to 5km. No DOMS today so I guess I'll be fine. 😁

    Guys.. I can't 😭 I can't sit down, I can't stand up anything in between is painful. I was feeling so good yesterday, woke up super early, birds singing, no wind, not a soul in the streets so I thought I could go for a quarantine run and come back home before other people decide to go out. It went well, started my usual small circuit, was doing fine so I decided to go on the medium circuit after the first checkpoint, there were flowers, swans and duckies and every other of the few human I met were in the other side of the street. I arrived at the checkpoint number 2 where I decide if I do a medium short or a medium medium circuit. I don't know what took me. There was this empty bridge, the water was so shiny and... I went for the long, never done before, I didn't even knew how long it was circuit. it was nice, following the sea, listening to the birds, seeing the flowers on the trees and the green starting to cover everything. I kept on running thinking that I could stop and walk anytime, maybe after the next bridge.. or maybe after the factory.. I didn't walk. 10 km run, slow but still. Then of course I had to go to work and do some kind of weight lifting. And today.. I can't. My legs are killing me. I can't walk, I can't use the stairs. I have DOMS of doom 😖 Please be better tomorrow

    Definitely... I took on running before corona time, I stopped because there are so many people running now that it feels crowded. 😅 Maybe I just need to wake up an hour earlier. There can't be that many people outside at 6am.. right? I love it! I feel at home here which gives me some weird feelings when I'm going back to France for the holidays. Even my mother told me that I'm more danish than French now. Quarantine here is not that hard. But well it's been 3 weeks so I got used to it also. the first week in the bulk shop was extremely stressful as we had to figure out all the procedures needed for our safety and our client's safety. Now it's a bit better and it's nice to have people thanking us for being open, it makes up for all the extra work. Working in a kitchen is way better even if the schedule is a bit harder. I'm not a fan of evening shifts. It's a café, family friendly so it's not unusual for me to just go out and chat with our guests to make sure they enjoyed their food and get some feedback to make it even better the next time. Programmer was a bit of a lonely job and people only called you when they had a problem. At least now I also have some happy people chatting with me.

    Well. I still don't run very fast so maybe take your chance? Quick summary of these past 6? years. Lost my job in France Resigned from being guild leader of the assassins Became depressed, couldn't find a job and wasn't sure I wanted to keep on being a fullstack developer anyway Stopped visitingnerd fitness but still worked out in a climbing gym 3 times a week Boyfriend got an opportunity to work in Copenhagen, Denmark After a long quarter of second decision time we decided to obviously move! Moved in Copenhagen in March 2016 Learned Danish, found some new friends, still climb Found one job in a organic bulk shop Found another job as a chef in a café Corona time. Café is closed but the organic bulk shop is still open so I'm still working Overall enjoying life in Denmark I'm getting a bit fat because all the gym are closed though 🤣 And future... I don't know? Right now survive the corona virus and keep on enjoying my life here. 😁 RAPTRON! HIIIIIIIIIHIIIIIHIIII ❤

  11. Extremely busy too! Mother and sister in Denmark, no time to make a real update but close to 100% this week.
  12. What? another french girl? Je suis tombée dans un monde parallèle And yeah, I've been a little over the top with danish this week, but I'm so in a hurry to learn it well I may add a few more hours today too.. but also work on my flight.
  13. Insanely busy. Danish classes + loads of homework + revisions sessions with a classmate. My super intelligence power is boosted. Tomorrow I will do some volunteer job for my school, they needed a bartender for a graduation party, it should be fun! Tonight will be climbing, Saturday also. I'm doing ok with food and am down 1kg maybe 1 and half. So yeah, mostly doing good a bit tired at time.

  16. Thanks for checking in! I was super busy this week hence the silence. Sunday I went to a classical concert, Monday was trying to get as much rest as possible because I was just exhausted. BF had to put me on the sofa to force me to take a nap. I apparently fall asleep in 2 minutes >_>. No bouldering for us that day, we were that tired. Tuesday and Wednesday were danish learning days and today my lessons are cancelled, I'm super sad So I will just work the same amount of time by myself. Mid-week summary: Super intelligence: 540 minutes Regeneration: 50 minutes Flight: 40 minutes Get out of the house: 4/4
  17. 3:30 hours climbing, waiting for the results, 6 tops out of 20, not really good but I shouldn't be the last one.

Sunday: went to the beach and to Papirøen Monday: Climbing Tuesday: School Wednesday: School, library and shopping Thursday: School and climbing Friday: Shopping Saturday: Bouldering contest Total for the week according to Google fit: 5 hours 6 minutes of bouldering 4 hours 08 minutes of cycling 2 hours 13 minutes of walking Cut it! Google fit is surprisingly accurate for my daily spent calories. Its estimate is 1550 Kcal a day on average and including activities which is actually what I calculated ages ago. It explains why I have to cut at 1200 kcal to lose some weight. Apparently I can link Google fit and MFP, I may do that tomorrow. Super powers: Super intelligence: 9 hours of danish lessons + at least 3 hours of homework + some piano. Total activity: 750 minutes Regeneration: found a breakfast that can keep me full for 4 hours, making snacks unnecessary. So I can just focus on stopping buying bad stuff and cook instead. I cooked for my friends that went to visit us, cooked yesterday instead of going out and get drunk. I'm still not totally at home with the available ingredients, but getting there I guess. Total activity: 390 minutes Flight: 2 sessions of climbing this week + bouldering contest this afternoon. I'm not really sure how long it will last (3 hours and more if you're in final) I accounted myself 2 hours on the spreadsheet. I won't be able to update tonight so I'll have to keep them that way. Total activity: 306 minutes. Wish me luck for the bouldering contest! Hopefully I'll be able to solve one problem or two
  19. We skipped spring and jumped directly into summer! From jacket to swimsuit It should cool down this week end with the rain. But we really had a wonderful week.
  20. - No cooking today as expected. Snacks and leftovers were enough. I have guests tomorrow, will need to cook to avoid chips and supermaket snacks. - 3 hours danish lessons + 1 hour speaking danish with my BF According to Google fit, I cycled for 68 minutes and walked around for 19 minutes. Not much but I went outside and even went to the library, for reason I had to shorten my stay there but it looks awesome.
  21. #regeneration I probably won't have that much time to cook tomorrow so I took a bit of advance. So for today and (hopefully) tomorrow. Roasted beetroots pickled with dill and shallot. Potato salad without mayonnaise because ewww. Eggplant breaded with curry spices and corn flakes with a simple tomato sauce. Also, my snackbox for tomorrow. I went full Spring/summer rolls. Top: Carrots/cucumber/roquet salad with curry Bottom: banana rice porridge with cinnamon rolled in apple Time spent: 2h30 #Super intelligence Just played piano 20 minutes. #Flight: Today is bouldering day. I'll update tomorrow with the time spent there. On an unrelated note, it's damn hot outside, my back killed me all the day and my uterus hates me. Yay...

  23. Goal #1: done for the day. We went out, went to the beach, had a swim in the ice cold water then ride our bike some more to visit Papirøen, a place filled of food trucks and merry people. We probably made a 15 km ride. It's correct for today
  24. Minutes would make more sense than hours. It would allow more precise points counting.
  25. Superpower training: Regeneration. Cucumber with basil/lemon sauce and corn on the cob (I obviously didn't use all the butter) Also, made a chocolate cake, why does it count you will ask? Well, it's Sunday and we usually go to the pastry shop to buy cakes on that day. A flourless banana/chocolate cake with only one spoon of sugar is way better option. Time spent cooking: 30 minutes.
