  1. Log: Wednesday July 25th, 2018 Training regimen with my lifting coach!
  2. Log: Tuesday July 24th, 2018 Did my favorite quickndirty home workout: 20 KB Swings 20 Goblet Squats 20 Pushups 5x rounds Also up to Level 15! Bonus points: All while watching Thor Ragnarok for the 20th time!
  3. NF Stats: Academy Level 14 Gym Level 5 Current PRs Bench: 85 Squat: 170 Deadlift: 235 Weight 175 lbs - Down from 195, a successful Keto/IF cut before the summer. Goal is ~145 lbs, my pre-doctorates weight. I'm not too obsessed with this number though. If I weigh 155 lbs and it's because of body composition changes, that'll do. Goal Habits This is where the rubber hits the road. Nutrition is not a struggle for me (I'm a Certified Nutrition Specialist, among other degrees), but getting up in the morning and making that consistent is really the big thing. So I want to be a person who: Wakes up refreshed with my alarm, doesn't press the snooze button Moves EVERY MORNING, first thing. Preferably Crossfit/Weightlifting, but Mobility and Morning Walks also count. Turns off my screens by 9pm. I don't have insomnia or trouble sleeping, but I know ALL ABOUT that blue light cortisol imbalance. I want to be on my Kindle/reading books rather than browsing teh interwebs before bed. These really are the big ones. If I can do this, everything else will follow. First Log Monday July 23rd, 2018: Completed Gym 5A workout. Walked a mile.
  4. Hello! I'm a Philly local happy to join NF! I'm comfortable with all of the nutrition elements (came off of a successful Keto/IF cut, doing paleo-ish for the summer). I do struggle with waking up and getting to the gym/crossfit in the morning, so I'm stacking the deck in my favor as much as possible, haha!
