  1. No problem. I hope you enjoy them. The first one is a little to prepare first thing in the morning. I hate peeling oranges as I'm trying to get out the door quickly. 1st Favourite: - 1% Milk, 1 cup - Frozen mixed berries, 1 cup - Instant oatmeal, 1/3 cup (measured before cooking) - Vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop - peanut butter, 1 tbsp  2nd Favourite: - unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 cup - Frozen mango pieces, 1/2 cup - 1 small mandarin orange, peeled - Instant oatmeal, 1/3 cup - Honey, 1 tbsp - Dash of Cayenne Pepper Consistency is usually pretty thick for a smoothie.
  2. 1st Favourite: - 1% Milk - Frozen mixed berries - Instant oatmeal - Vanilla protein powder - tbsp. of peanut butter 2nd Favourite: - unsweetened Almond Milk - Frozen mango pieces - mandarin orange (segments) - Instant oatmeal - tbsp. of Honey - Dash of Cayenne Pepper Blend, consume.
  3. I way myself once per week; Friday morning before stepping in the shower. After this morning's weigh-in, I lost 3.6 lbs this week!
  4. Hello, everyone. I'm a full-contact Karate practitioner from Victoria, BC. My style is called Seienjuku, which is an off-shoot of Yoshukai. I've been involved in martial arts, in some capacity, most of my life. I started my training in the Korean hybrid-style of Hap Do Sool when I was in my teens, but had to quit when I moved away. I've dabbled in other martial arts over the years, but could not commit due to a variety of reasons. I've been diligently training at my current Dojo for the last four years. I'm currently a brown belt, and I'm working very hard towards my black. I'm looking forward to meeting other Monks here. I love to discuss all aspects of the martial arts. Training is my way of life.
