  1. Log for the time period oct.13-16 13.10.13 7.1 km walk with my mother. Time: 1:17:30 15.10.13 1.8 km run at the time 0:15:50 16.10.13 Solo bouldering session that lasted for 42 min. Intense workout with few breaks. Also trained at doing pull-ups, 9x3.
  2. 12.10.2013 It's been over a year since the last time I was on here, but I'm starting up again. Life has been a drag, and the last year has really kicked my ass (again), but I'm building myself back up again very slowly. Went for a short walk/run today just to check the shape. It's terrible. 2,19 km with the time 21:27. "Murder me Harry"
  3. 12.08.2012 3,28km run at the time 25:16. Notes: Was supposed to be a 5km run but had to stop because of some blisters. Got the blisters because I could not find my training socks and was so pumped about running that I decided to go without them, bad idea. I'm also aware that I run really slow and it's something I'm working on, and have worked on in the past.
  4. I feel good about being back, and have been looking forward to it for a while. The shape I have now is demotivating, but I suppose it can only go one way now.
  5. 09.08.2012 1 hour climbing workout. Notes: First workout in over one and a half months. The break was because of a injury (severly sprained ancle). Felt awefull the whole time. Motivation needed!
  6. When I was depressed I also lost weight. Now one thing that happens when you're depressed is that you don't eat as much as you think you do, that was the case with me and I did not figure this out until after I was out of my depression. About exercising my tip to you would be to not stress about it, I'm not telling you to stop but when you struggle with depression a smart thing can be to take it one day at a time. Some days you might not be feeling as energetic you were yesterday and that's okay. But try to exercise a little everyday, a 30 minute walk outside does great things to you when you are depressed, and it's proven that physical activity is good for your mental health.
  7. Yeah, here in Norway we say that the Danes have a potato stuck in their throat. Good luck with the Finnish!
  8. Hi I'm Vex. I'm a 18 year old female from Norway who's both nerdy and active. I'm an avid rock climber and you'll find me in the gym at least 4 times a week at an average period of 2-3 hours. Besides rock climbing I really like jogging but usually lose all motivation during the winter months. I've also done Jiu-Jitsu but the environment in the local club was very toxic so I quit. I'm planning to start kickboxing, but it have the last few years been at the same time as my rock climbing group. I'm looking forward to meeting new people through this forum and sharing my experiences. Vex
