  1. Ya know, sometimes it is. And sometimes, it's not nearly as complicated as you make it sound.
  2. I'm not entirely sure what the fascination with jump roping is and I'm being serious here, it literally does not make sense to me. Now, I can jump rope. The actually activity is not an issue. If you tell me to do X number of jump ropes or for X amount of time, I'll do it. What I want to know is, why? What does it do, other than get your heart rate up? If there's a result I can achieve by jumping rope, then I may add it to my warm-up. If not, then there's a good chance I won't be inducted into the Jump Rope Hall of Fame.
  3. I'm definitely going to give it a shot. I'll let you know my thoughts after trying it for a while! Thanks, Laney! That article was extremely helpful!!
  4. I'm just going to leave it at this: if you're going to pull a gun on someone, you'd damn well better be prepared to pull the trigger.
  5. Well, then I'm going to offer you this. Trolls really have no place here, especially if you're rude .Your posts will PROBABLY get deleted in the near future, and you shouldn't act surprised. You can voice your opinion without being a dick about it, if you truly have something to say.
  6. ......Perhaps we should start with something simpler....like My Littlest Petshop.......
  7. I think HELL YEAH! Sounds like you fit right in. Welcome to the Assassin's guild! And if you want to do parkour, go out and get started! A general disclaimer I like to throw out there: Don't worry about looking stupid. It's going to happen, especially when learning something new, so you might as well embrace it. You'll get better faster.
  8. Alright....soo, I guess I missed the whole troll episode, but I'm going to assume from the small bits left that it was directed at my post.
  9. Well....yes and no. Yes, doing said thing early on will tend to give you better results, but if you do said thing when your body is fatigued, you have to work that much harder to complete it. Then, after doing that for a while, if you switch back to doing said thing early on, it will be that much easier. Think like this (and this analogy will work best if you've ever played Halo): If you want to get better at Halo, you may start playing it on Normal, and seeing how far you can go. When you get to a rough spot, you switch it to Legendary. After getting massacred on Legendary for a while, you switch it back to Normal. Suddenly that rough spot is really easy. And eventually, you get to where you play on Legendary all the time, because Normal and Heroic are just too easy.
  10. I live by many mottos. One that pertains to this particular thread is "If you're going to fail, then fail spectacularly!". Just go for it! As long as you take adequate safety precautions (Such as NOT jumping off of a 10 ft wall, until you're ready, at least), and don't disturb the public, then you shouldn't really worry about looking stupid, cause it's going to happen. Embrace it! You'll get better much quicker if you do.
  11. Two movies was justifiable. One film for the journey there, one for the return trip. Not sure how 3 is going to work....
