Going to give IF a try as weight loss and muscle gain has become stagnant lately and just want to ask a couple of questions if I may...
I don't drink coffee so often start the day when I'm up early with a Monster Ultra... Is this now a no no? No issues as will just pop a couple caffeine tablets instead but I do like them!
