  1. Earosenz! As long as you're moving, keep doing what you find fun! Yoga can be a great workout and also keep your joints and body rejuvenated! I also hope you enjoy your swimming! All the best!
  2. Samarus! It's awesome to hear you and your wife are working with each other to become healthier! And yea I've found so many videos and things claiming to be "the cure to weight loss." I've found for myself that it takes 3 weeks to kick a bad habit and make what I was eating it less appealing, keep finding the joy with what you do! Eating healthy is the real cure! It may take 5 months instead of 1 to start changing, but that's okay. You're working towards a new lifestyle, not a fad that makes you crash and resort to old ways! Doing it right can last a life time! You both got this!!
  3. Wow RellHaiser, I hear you. I mean that's a lot to go through. But you are doing it, and I think it's so powerful that you see what your problems are and are accepting to change! All the power to you!
  4. Hey Sassy! I'm New to the forum as well! I was a D1 Athlete in college and did a lot of core work for my sport so I may be able to help a bit! I know what you mean when you say you have a wedding coming up, I have one in the beginning of October! Bottom line is that you will feel a lot better and your body will thank you if you just eat clean and healthy until then.... I know boring and not always that motivational. I believe that diet is 80% of the results.
