  1. That was super helpful! If it helps any ! I'm a 21 year old female, 205 lbs, 5 foot 2 and my BMI is 36% I want to lose fat then bulk but my knee is injured so I can only lift and do the elliptical or row. I eat between 1200-1600 cals a day High protein Moderate carb Low fats I work a desk job but I go to the gym at least 4x a week.

  3. Yo I love that! Never knew it existed! Its says mine is 2,011 So how many cals should I be eating? I saw the low carb protein high stuff at the bottom and took that into account also. Yall are aw3some!!!
  4. Thanks for responding! I keep my cals from 1200-1500 Carbs low Protein between 120-180 I take L carnitine, and Fenugreek to boost my T a bit. What's a TDEE?
  5. Hey my names luke im 5'2" and 200 lbs, i lift roughly about 4-5 times a week, and am training for a powerlifting comp in 2019. I dont have trouble gaining muscle, but losing the inches has been tough. i eat only 1200 cals a day, plus heavy lifting and cardio everyother day. Any supplements i can take to speed this process up? (Im tad bit caffeine sensitive and i take anti depressants for knowledge)
