  1. Its been going pretty good just trying to keep motivation. The language I'm trying to learn is Spanish. It has been a struggle but I'm keeping at it.
  2. 1st Week Update To help me with my goals I joined the Academy. I have been using the recipes in the nutrition section that help me a lot staying on eating paleo. I have also been following the bodyweight workout plan which fits my goals perfectly. The second language gets hard at times but I've been sticking with it. I've actually been spending more then 20 mins a day on learning to make a video game. Thanks for the support

  4. Hello I'm Balkin, I'm the type of person that gets excited about a goal but it is hard for me to stay motivated. I'm hoping that by joining the Nerd Fitness community and tracking my goals will help me stay on track. I came across Nerd Fitness when I was trying to find a bodyweight workout routine. While on the site I came across the Level up Your Life book and got the audible version. After listening to it I decided to join up. I'm a comic, video game, anime, and fantasy nerd. I love martial art films. Main Goal 1 : Get in Better Shape 1. Eat the paleo diet for 5 times a week. 2. Workout for 20 minutes a day for 3 days a week. Main Goal 2 : Increase Knowledge 1. Practice a 2nd language for 10 minutes a day. 2. Spend 20 minutes a day learning how to make a video game.
  5. Hello everyone I just joined today. I came across nerd fitness while hunting for bodyweight workouts. Then I saw the Level up you life book and had to pick it up I love the concept. I'm at a point in my life where I'm looking to get back in shape. I took some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu years ago but now I just feel tired all the time. My goals are to expand myself physically and mentally .
