  1. Oh wow. Ok thank you we're going to do it together since it's hard for her to stay focused when she works by herself and I think I'm going to die after the first workout now lol but hey. I have her 7 days in a row and her dad has her 7 days in a row so is there a way I could set this up as a work out like core one day, legs the next, and such that it wouldn't hurt her to work out one week and rest the next? Sorry I know I probably sound like an idiot, but I've never been very active I prefer books to workouts... Her step-mom is going to work out with us on her weeks too so I tried to set it up with focus on legs Monday, core Tuesday, Wednesday off since that's gymnastics day, Thursday full body, Friday off since there's no school and every child needs a day for nothing but play, Saturday full body, and Sunday off. We talked about only doing 15 minute workouts since we will be doing it every week instead of every other week also. Should I set it up a different way, extend the workout time, or will that be fine for her until she gets a little older and builds up a little bit more strength? Also which workouts should we assign to which days?

  3. My daughter joined the local gymnastics group about 3 weeks ago and my fiance and I are already noticing a lack of core and leg muscle she's got plenty of upper body strength for her age (she can hold herself completely still on the rings for about 5 minutes before she starts shaking) but legs and core are a big part of the tumbles and stretches she's learning. Are there any 15-30 min workouts she could do to slowly build herself up?
