Hi all,
So I've just started working out... I'm in pretty terrible shape, I'm thin but haven't exercised in god only knows how long. While I can run a decent distance, my muscle mass in my upper body is somewhat non-existent. I've noticed that when I'm working out, specifically doing sit-ups or planks, my body becomes really shaky. I tried holding a sit-up position using my ab muscles earlier and it started up pretty quickly.
Is this just a sign of weak muscles? Will this go away the more I work out?
