Hi everyone! My name is Ramona. I had an nerdfitness account some years ago and I'm happy that I found back to this forum. I'm a 24 years old weightlifter newbee and I would love to share my progress and my coming challenges with you. I'm very happy and organized at the moment but I got through some hard times with my mental and physical health. Maybe more times like that will come someday but I think I can fight them with the nerdfitness community and my real life friends in my back.
