  1. I reserve the right to Log you down if you go OOC!
  2. I'll make it quick, The last challenge I attempted didn't end up so well. I fell off the wagon, HARD! But back to the point, to get back on it! 1. re-start Basic Body-weight workout three times a week 2. Stick to the paleo diet I have been back on for two weeks now (keep telling myself "Tortillas are NOT paleo") 3. Start doing beginner Ashtanga yoga poses at least twice a week, between the body weight workouts 4. Make a conscious effort everyday to stand up straight both figuratively and literally, (slight confidence problem, Big posture problem!) When complete this will give me 3 STR, 3 DEX 3, CON 3, 2 STA, and 3 CHA Now, lets do it!
  3. Awesome! but....there is no way you weigh 165, not even in that soaking wet set of overalls in your profile picture!
  4. I started the whole body weight workout and about 80/20 paleo diet just a few days after the last challenge started, so far this had lead to roughly 20 lbs of weight loss and a dramatic increase in personal awesomeness! My first "official" challenge is to keep it up! 1. Maintain the every other day body weight workouts.....(I get "forgetful" sometimes) and add in two interval training sessions on the off days (swimming). +1 STR 2. Maintain the quasi-paleo diet I am on, (Cut out the PB sandwiches, and jump up the veggie intake) +2 CON 3. I have two bonuses from work coming during the challenge period, the "plan" is to dump all that extra dough at the debt, if I do it, challenge completed, +1 WIS 4. Level up goal: We'll throw in asking a girl out, just for good measure. +1 CHA
  5. Nice work!, That has been the hardest part for me. I LOVE Mexican food. But there is very little Paleo about it. I have noticed the huge energy increase as well. Keep it up!
  6. Ha, I was thinking more like Laurel and Hardy!..... Much more applicable I think.
  7. Nice to meet you all, I am from Utah too, In fact I work with Sage, you could call him my "sidekick", I do.
