  1. I’ve been stressed out this year. I’ve had goals I wanted to accomplish this year, but couldn’t due to work and other things. So I’ve decided I wanted to make the next year all about me. So I’m going to get a head start the rest of this year. So I’m going to challenge myself to: 1. Practice bullet journaling 2. eating less junk food 3. Hydrate more with water 4. complete a book. 5. Embrace more self care

The shadow wolf decides that she want to level up her life so she can not only get more out of her job/ career, but her life as well. So she decided that she wants to go back to basics so that she know what it takes to become a hero. So she devised up a plan to execute her quest.   7. This is my first day. I drunk a green juice and beginning my exercise regimen. I prefer doing kettlebell workouts, but I want other exercises.

  9. I've done 2 crossfit style workouts since starting this challenge I've been bullet journaling to document my journey with the challenge Now it's time to test out the nutrition part.
  10. I am on a journey to relieve my stress. Whether it is from life or from work. Here is my quests. Eating more healthier: working on incorporating more healthier snacks and healthier foods in my diet. Food tracking: tracking my food to see what I have to work on more More workouts: getting off the couch and working out more. In the gym or at home. Study nutrition and fitness: to gain more knowledge to make my journey more easier and one day getting certified. Digital detox more Doing more relaxing things: after a stressful work day. Coming home to do a stress relieving thing to forget. Doing these things will one day help me rediscover my love for the wellness field and help me manage my stress. Equipment.
