Hey Everyone,
Starting about 2 weeks ago, i decided to challenge myself to get into really good shape over the next 4-6 months. I would consider myself in decent shape already, but have never been able to get into ripped 6 pack, beach body, type shape. This is my time.
Start : 5'9" 181lbs
Goal: 160 lbs
Glad i found this forum to seek education and inspiration from others going through the same thing!
