  1. Some basic info: I am a 18 year old male. 5'6. 114 pounds. Not a lot of muscle and a fair amount of fat (I'd say around 20-23% body fat ratio) and was wondering what are some things I could do to Gain more arm mass and maybe in a few months get a flat stomach? (If I get abs after like 3-4 months that's just a bonus Diet: Normally a bowl of cereal for breakfast Snack on some goldfish A sandwich for lunch (Normally peanut butter Some form of a snack whether its more goldfish or an orange depends on the day Normally a taco or another sandwich. Maybe some soup if we don't have other stuff I drink around 4-6 8oz glasses of water a day and only have one soda a week. Workout: I already run around a mile Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do like 5-15 pullups a day and ill do some core stuff for 5-10min like Russian twists, flutter kicks, and planks and stuff. I really don't know what im doing here and don't go to a gym I just use what I have at home. If you would like any other info let me know. I am looking forward to starting my journey on here.
