  1. Started paleo dieting around the beginning of October at 238 lbs every other diet I tried prior had me stop losing once i hit 225 but as of christmas day I'm at 208 for the first time in years! Best part is that I'm not starving myself to get this result. I made desserts through the holidays that were paleo friendly so that I wasn't tempted and now that I'm lighter I actually feel like exercising and getting up and moving. I'll never eat another way! I feel great and very positive things will only get better. My goal is 170lbs but mainly just want to be healthy.
