  1. 1/30/19 NF Yoga Water Series B breakfast Leftover pork tenderloin Blueberry muffin lunch leftover sushi rice with pork tenderloin, sriracha mayo, orange sauce, and 2 over easy eggs Water dinner beef empanada Spanish rice with ranch and salsa Green beans Water Milk Melon rice cake 1 piece chocolate Going to try moving up to the fire series a nf yoga video in the morning and see how it goes.
  2. 1/29/19 diet took a bit of a dive today Breakfast taco bell drive thru Bacon and egg crunch wrap Sausage flatbread quesadilla 2 cinnabon bites Black coffee lunch campbells chunky steak and potato soup Water Granola dinner taco mac Milk
  3. 1/28/19 workout: 4 rounds of 5 step ups per leg 5 pushups 8 band pull aparts Finish with 1 set 30 sec side planks each side breakfast fasted lunch pork tenderloin Broccoli Salad dinner homemade sushi night! Some sort of melon Japanese rice cake thing
  4. 1/27/19 breakfast apple with maple almond butter Black coffee Lunch (sort of) hummus and crackers We had some friends over for dinner and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. (Extended edition, of course ) Being the semi-responsible adults that we are, and all of us having to work in the morning, we ate dinner at 4. So, lunch today was just some munchies to hold me over to dinner. Dinner party kinda blew the diet for tonight, but that's ok. Back at it tomorrow. dinner chicken breast, waffle fries, pigs in a blanket, quinoa salad, broccoli, diet coke, brownies, ice cream, shoofly pie, milk, hot tea. (Dinner was potluck style, which results in some odd combinations ) It's almost been a week since I started this log. I've not gotten as much accomplished on my quests as I would have liked, though I'm happy I've kept up with this log and my exercising for the most part. Aiming for next week to get the next few mindset quests done, and to not miss any workouts.

  7. 1/25/19 workout: 4 rounds of 8 - 1 legged Romanian deadlifts 5 - inch worms 8 - band curls 2 rounds of 45 sec - 1 armed farmers walk progress report: Quests 1 and 2 done. Starting weight 253.2 lbs Everything else is well underway.
  8. 1/24/19 No yoga this am. Monthly early meeting at work. I already get up at 5 to workout on a normal morning. I'm not getting up at 4 to exercise on the day I have to be ready an hour earlier. Oh well. Back to it tomorrow. Breakfast bacon and black coffee Lunch club sandwich French onion soup Unsweetened tea 3 donut holes Dinner sweet and sour meatballs Brown rice Snap peas Bread Water Evening piece of dark chocolate Glass of milk

  10. 1/23/19 Workout: 4 rounds of 5 step ups (per side) 5 pushups 12 dumbells rows (with a milk jug XD ) 1 set 40 sec side plank (each side) 8 oz protein powder shake

  12. This week I am going to work on: Mindset Quests 1-7 Keeping a food log Leveling up from NF diet level 3 to NF diet level 4 Restarting exercising at Bodyweight level 3 3x per week yoga 2x per week
  13. Just respawned, and I'm taking things more step by step this time, rather than jumping around from quest to quest. This is where I'm going to log all the things. Food logs, workouts, quests, weekly goals, etc.
