  1. I'm late to this discussion Was this app ever created? I'd love to try it!
  2. I know this is an old thread, but I find that taking Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) Really helps clear up symptoms and gives me energy for a workout when I'm sick
  3. Hi guys, I was just wondering if any other Rebels had hopes of being on the show ninja Warrior, and what training you do.

  5. Hi guys! I am starting my boy scout summer camp in a few days, which is awesome. What isn't awesome is the menu. When we go, we are catered by the camp for all our meals. When buying food for 500+ scouts, the camp tries cutting costs, and the quality of our meals goes down. I am trying to eat a diet free from refined sugars and flour. This diet has worked wonders for my energy and has allowed me to lose 40+ pounds since December. I would hate to derail myself by the sheer amount of sugar in most of our meals. I was wondering if anyone could suggest healthy snacks that would last a week at camp
  6. Update: I have now lost at least 40 pounds since December and fit in almost none of my old clothing. Thank you to everyone at team nerd fitness who helped me realize my goals, and to everyone on the message board who helped me achieve them!
  7. UPDATE: I think I need to go shopping for new clothes, as almost all my pants are too big on me now.
  8. This is EXACTLY what I needed. I was recently discussing wanting to swim a mile with one of my friends, who immediately offered to coach me. I'm not a very good swimmer, and she has never taught anyone before, so I was hoping that I could find an article that covered the things I should know before beginning. This is it, and it will help a lot.
  9. I just signed up for the NF academy today. +1 Awesome level.

  10. I ran for 5 min last night. I needed 749 steps and decided to just go run them. Since my family owns about 5 acres that we farm flowers on, I used the farm and fields to practice a little parkour, and I managed to implement the roll I've been working on twice. I discovered that running at night (Or close to it) Is really energizing due to the change of scene, and also due to it being cool and rather mysterious.
