Hi everybody! I’m new to NF And a very excited to get started. I joined a Facebook group but have a question. If I ask questions or comment on the NF Facebook page for a men, is what I write their available for all my friends outside of nerd fitness to see too? I want my health and personal issues to be private because I know my professional contacts and many Church friends see my Facebook page and I’ve been careful with what I share. Thanks! I’m so glad to have found NF.
