I was told or read some where i am not sure which that resistance bands are good for weight lose. Now i now losing weight involves the gym and what you eat. But i can go to the gym they all close at five in my area. so what i do is i do a full body work out designed for dumbbells and use resistance bands instead. or and i wrong my main goal is to lose my belly and reduce my over all bodyfat. and if iam in the wrong area please let me now
