I've been a huge glutton all my 30 year life.
Finally last year I decided enough was enough! And in 14 months time, I managed to lose 20kg on my own!
Took me about 20secs to right this I guess..
1 Peanut butter and banana sandwich
12 raw almonds
2 table spoons of honey
A small glass of (not freshly squeezed sadly) juice
I just LOVE my breakfast!
