Hey, I would like to create a new program. I want to train 3 times a week. My goal is to gain a good amount of muscles and to learn some calisthenics skills. I am thinking about a pull - push - legs split or a arms - chest/back - legs split. Which one would be better for the goals? Also which exercices would you recommend for the Plan? Pull ups, dips, squats, rowing, (incline) benchpress should be in there for sure. I have access to a gym, so the machines and weights are no problem. Should I train only with hypertrophe (5 sets with 8 reps)? Thank you for your help.
