  1. I've been very busy these days, sorry for not answering sooner! Yes, by "traditional female shape" I mean wide at the chest level, narrows at the waist, and widens again at the hips. I would like a figure like that. I've read all your answers and they have been very helpful, thank you! I'll re-read everything when I have more time and some calm and adapt my gym routine to your advices. If I need more details about anything or I have more doubts, I'll ask you for sure. Thank you very much!
  2. Hi, I'm 26 years old and I'm starting hormones (estrogen) and testosterone blockers in two or three weeks. I know I'll loss muscle mass, so I guess I'll gain some fat. I've decided to go to the gym and do some exercise. However, I need some help and I can't find any specific answer to these questions: I want to get a feminine figure. Which exercises should I do and which ones should I avoid? I know my body will redistribute my fat (and my chest will grow). If I burn fat (or too much fat) now, will it be more difficult to get that feminine body and/or develop my chest? I don't want to develop my muscles because I don't want bulky legs, shoulders and so. I want to avoid a muscular shape (I guess I'm looking for a "stereotyped and classic" female body), but I want to do some exercise and to avoid getting fat. Is cardio what I need? Are spinning, step, zumba and so a good idea for what I'm looking for? Apart from that, any advice or experience you can share with me will be extremely useful, specially if it's from trans women. Thank you for your help!
