  1. Hey everyone ! I'm writing today because I felt a huge loss in motivation lately, but hopefully I'm getting back on the tracks. Some months ago, I decided to follow my own workout routine, with the help of a rower. I do some chest exercises with stretching bands, and I mostly row for 40/60min, mostly while watching documentaries. The fact is that I was very tenacious at the beginning, but when I hoped results, nothing really changed. I know it may be a FAQ and I've seen the course section about it, but I live in a flat with thin and trembling floors (I know, RIP parties), and can't really jump because of my bodyweight (90/95 kg). Thereby, to avoir having an angry neighbour since the morning, would you have any recommendation or alternative to jumping exercise ? Cheers
  3. Hi everyone! I just wondered what to take for breakfast now. I'm usually a peckish eater in the morning : 1 or 2 toast with buter, jam or cottage cheese (the last one's more usual) + coffee. In the morning I'm usually not a fan of yogurt or cold food either, nor of warm food. Lukewarm, tasty, simple. I'm also very lazy in the morning to cook anything "complex" (I mean besides an omelet), so all the recommended breakfast recipes of the classes pages don't suit me. I'm also more of a salty person that a sweet person. Would you have any recommendation
  4. Hey! So here it is, some pictures of me. I never really liked my body, and those are kinda the first pictures I take in such a way. I know I'm not hugely fat, but there's something to do either way. Also I know my back could benefit from standing right more often ^^".
