  2. Well that was quick! (Dec 4 is also my birthday - happy birthday to me!) Happy I finished this challenge! I've reignited my workout habit. It no linger seems like a big deal to decide to work out. Win! Probably won't participate in the festivus challenge (I'm a huge Christmas nut, and might feel a little bummed participating in an almost anti "my favorite time of year ever" kind of challenge!). Thank you all for the support and comments! See you in the new year!
  3. We don't have one of those sleds but I've seen videos! It looks fun! My boot camp place is pretty small. Not a full fledged crossfit box (or competitor)
  4. Nothing to report today. Took a rest day. Working out tomorrow morning. Haply Thanksgiving all! Grateful for all of you!
  5. I appreciate everyone's encouragement! Thanks so much! The perk of wearing cotton shirts is I feel like I get more credit for being someone who sweats a lot [emoji23] Went to see Frozen and then to another boot camp workout. Did my best on those battle ropes!
  6. Went to a boot camp workout. Did my body scan and it's not good news but it's also not surprising either, because I was definitely not dedicated to my fitness in Sept or Oct. But I'm sure a month from now the lines will go in the right directions again. I felt a lot stronger during my workout today though! So that's exciting.
  7. I got a major hankering for something salty like a biscuit so I made a fitspo "microwave biscuit" and it's surprisingly good!
  8. Continued with my beachbody workout - Transform 20, week 2 Faster. I may need to switch it up after this week. I think this program may be too hard for me (keeping in mind I don't like modifying the modifier). Totally not giving up or anything, just adjusting!
  9. OMG Aulani is #GOALS!! I'd love that someday. Yes, Disneyland is my happy place! I go by myself every few months to reset and get away. Bucket list is to visit all the Disney Parks all over the world, including Aulani and the Disney cruise!
  10. Got my 3 workouts in this week! Haven't been checking in as much but I'm still on it.
  11. Checking in for yesterday. No exercise. My sleep pattern is returning to normal so I relaxed in bed with Disney+ [emoji7]
  12. Yeek dentist visits! No Bueno, esp since it's your second one. Something serious?
