  1. I have a question. I have not been able to lose belly fat so if I start doing some crunches in my daily exercise routine, will it help? and if yes, then how many crunches should I do daily or weekly?

I was told all my life that height stops growing after you turn 18, I was 5 ft 2 in talk when I was 20, but as soon as I turned 23 started working out and I increased 3 inches of height within a year. So, you are right and by the way, very useful post. Now, that I have again started working out to lose weight, I am also focusing on improving my diet and trying my best to lose weight and honestly, I am not stressing over the numbers on the weighing scale. I know that if I will continue trying, I will see the desired results within a year.
  3. Hello everyone, I am also new here and this is my first post. I thought I should first introduce myself. I am 167 cm tall and I weigh 197 lbs, so this year, I have decided to lose weight and get fit. I hope I can stay motivated to lose weight.
