  1. Thank you a lot for your comments ^^ And yes, I've watched it!! Curiously, I am also Schmidt, and i'll be 29 soon 🤣🤣 Best regards,
  2. I have failed a couple of times using a Shopping List. Actually, it worked for as long as I was happy, well and motivated. After a stressful day (whats happens 1 or 2 times a week) I used to give up and order some Fast Food, ruining the whole challenge 🤣 After a while, I realized that it was smart to keep in mind that once or twice a week I would skip my nutritive menu (and, on these ocasions, I should eat whatever I wanted - as long as it respected my caloric maintenance intake). Not sure if will be helpful, but worked for me to keep on 😀 Nice to meet u all.
  3. I've done these checks last year! It was a huge fight 😂 Some tips to succeed: Cutting Sodas > I started to drink H20H! or Lemon Tea instead of the sodas, for the first month. That mantained the pleasure of drinking a can of soda, but are way healthier options. Breakfast > I have also 0 appetite In the morning. Found out that it was easier to consume liquids than solids while groggy. I usually have a full cup of milk/whey/ice shake to keep the engines running 😉 Good luck to us!
  4. Hey folks! Thank you so much for your comments. I am already loving this forum 😍 @Zaphine: I'm taking a Master in Art Theory! (specifically, researching about the Belgian contributions to Surrealism). Thanks for your interest! About the happy hours - I try very hard to see my friends at least once a week. After all, that's what really matters right? @Defining and @Harriet: Thank you a lot! My maintenance caloric intake is 2.270 Kcal/day (according to the BodyArmor Calculator) Decided to follow your tips and change my goal to 2000 kcal/day 😉 After all, I'm looking for consistency. May the games begin 😎
  5. Also on the struggle for discipline. Good luck to us all 😂
  6. Hey!! Very nice goals 😃 You could join the Meatless Monday as a solid start to a vegetarian life I''ve gone vegetarian in 2017, done de MM for 01 year to gather discipline. Good luck!!
  7. Hello rebels! My friends call me Schmidt, I am a designer from Brazil and I'm gladly joining the revolution this January. For the last couple of years I've done nothing but to work - what granted me 10KG and lots of anxiety. In 2019 I tried very hard to change that, but I feel like I lack discipline (and motivation) to change my own routine. I found out about the challenges and decided to try it, taking it slow. For my first challenge I chose the following goals: Diet (pick two) Maintain a Daily Caloric Deficit (eat <1600 kcal/day) Limit your beer consumption to Happy Hours I got used to drinking beers to relax after work. Got to stop that asap. Fitness (pick one) 20 minutes training 5 times a week When I go to the Gym (once or twice a week) I train for at least 01 hour. My main goal however is to build a workout routine that can be sustained on busy days. Level Up Your Life (Pick One) Read at least 20 pages every day I need to finish my master degree this year. Lots of reading In little time. Thats it folks! Hope we can all keep ourselves motivated.
