I started the gym on Tuesday (its Friday today). I did biceps on the Tuesday and the next day i couldnt straighten my arms. I took Wednesday off. Then Thursday I did legs and some back. Today, my right arm aches when I extend it but isnt that bad. My left arm still struggles to straighten. Should I do arms again today or give it another day to recover. If not then what can I do today instead? I was thinking maybe abs but my friend who teaches me what to do isnt going today so I wont have anyone to guide me. I am a skinny guy looking to build muscle so cardio isnt going to benefit me much.
