  1. Dear gurus. 45yo male who does lots of cycling but looking for another workout for weight loss and upper body strength especially during winter months as the bike turbo doesn’t do it for me. Also looking for high intensity workout in the evenings as bike rides tends to be 3+ hours and want to train on my no bike days. Looking at putting a heavy bag in garden room. Not sure whether to get involved in pure boxing or mixing it with kicks. I’ve done some TWD but a fair few years ago. There seems to be differences in the types of heavy bags so a little unsure which route to go down both in which bag and which routines to get stuck into.
