  1. Female - 35 - 5'7" - 250lbs 6 years ago I lost 100 lbs. I was a member of this community (but no longer use the email I created my last account with, I guess...), I ran countless 5ks, 10ks, 1 half marathon, and a warrior dash. I accomplished this by strictly eating 1200-1400 calories a day (no exceptions, for a year), gym 3x a week, and running at least 20 training miles a week. I was training for a full marathon when I injured my knee. I was no longer able to run, so I stopped everything. Stopped all weight training and cardio. I stopped counting calories and went forward with (what I called) intuitive eating. So needless to say, that was a disaster. Here I am, 6 years later, and I'm back at the same weight I started this journey at. I miss running so much, but I still have that bum knee. In fact, all my joints ache now (no surprise there). I'm ready to get back into a healthy lifestyle, I feel like my body is screwed up from yo-yo dieting. Advice? I was thinking 1600 calories a day for now. Maybe doing some low impact cardio at the gym like cycling or elliptical? Second question, is there an appropriate place on the forum where I can share my journey (whether that be daily or weekly posts)?
