  1. Hey everyone I am new to fitness and I have had some very good results using Sweat belts and Gels. I have lost 60ilbs so far in about 7 months. I also have been using supplements from the same outfit I got my sweat bel and gel from as well and they have been very helpful. Want to know if anyone has any suggestions for gym equipment that I can use that reliable I just recently had my gym brake on me . I think I am pretty satisfied with my sweat belt and gels and supplements but looking for a solid gym for home use. Any Ideas Thank you James
