  1. Ah! I'm so mad at myself! I broke my diet these last three days! I was 160, but I mange to go down to 133 through diet exercise. However, I was stuck at 133. No matter how much exercise or changing my food plan, I couldn't get passed 133. So I've been stress eating these last 3 days. It's been 3 months since I broke my diet. I plan on starting my diet tomorrow. But I currently weigh 145 and worried I ruined my progress. Any Advice?
  2. Is this possible? I want to weigh 120 by May 1st. I was on a two week vacation and didn't watch my weight. I went from 145 to 151. Now I'm back on my diet, but I'm not sure if it's possible to weight 120 pounds by May 1st because of the new weight gain. I was doing so well too! On New Years Day I started my diet. I went from 160 to 145, went on vacation now I'm back at 150 T_T. Can I be 120 for May 1st? Through diet and exercise? I'm 5'4, female and 29. Is this possible? I'll be happy at 125. My goal however is 120. Any thoughts?
