  1. Wow good on u girl! What about Tai Chi.. I heard speed it up ur doing Kung fu.. mixed up with Mayb some low impact aerobics classes and Mayb some partner dancing salsa swing ha ha lol outdoor good walks scenic routes bike riding... kayaking.. hav I gone way off point of this discussion?? Lol all this activity mixed up for 3-6-12 wks etc... A well devised training plan to accomplish ur fitness/goals that is adaptable and flexible when need be. A time frame to work within. Good luck u can do U got this girl!😊🥰😘
