I've officially been in the NF Academy for 8 weeks now, though around week 6 I put some of my goals on pause, because of changes necessitated by pandemic madness.
Here are my goals for this quest:
Diet:
Eat a vegetable with at least one meal per day
Eat a fruit with at least one meal per day
Fitness:
Complete both level 1 workouts twice per week
Life:
Clean for 2 minutes every night
Incorporating more vegetables into my diet was one of the things I was just starting to work on when everything went sideways. Since I've been trying to focus on using up food I have in my freezer and pantry to cut down on the need to obtain grocery items, I let that one go by the wayside. However, I've decided I should find ways to incorporate less perishable vegetables, like canned or frozen, into my diet. Same with fruit.
I've been doing well with walking 15 minutes every morning, but with my schedule shaken up by the pandemic, the workouts haven't always been consistent, so getting those in every week is my fitness goal.
I made the cleaning thing my life goal because that's another area I've struggled to fit into my "new normal."
