  8. Totals are hard, I'm redoing SS after a long, atrophying layoff. 620 is what I can calculate to start off of my worksets. That will go up about 100 lbs over the weeks. Volume:13,000 lbs.

  10. I'm heavy and weak enough I cant even do inverted rows. I can do "leaning rows" at a 45 degree angle with rings or a trapeze kinda pullup bar I made.
