Been lurking for a while so I'm taking my first five week challenge today. My quests are as follows.
Lose 20 lbs and reduce body fat
eat better(3 servings of veggies daily, reduce sweets)
complete all workouts planned for the day
watch macros (150-200 grams carbs, 150 grams total fat, 150-200 grams protein)
drink water (8 cups daily)
cold showers(after training every morning)
meal prepping(6 days worth)
Get out of debt
watch spending(create budget)
begin side hustle(fnx ambassador supplements)
Improve Gymnastics
do more yoga(x3 weekly 30 minutes or more x6 daily 10 minutes or shorter)
practice mindfulness(meditate daily)
work on handstands and mobility(x2 weekly)
rings course(nerd fitness rings)
Shorten run time
more max effort sprint intervals
focus on recovery(stop forgetting to stretch!)
more leg day!
weight loss (aim for 2 lbs weekly)
These goals are things that aren't too overwhelming but definitely helpful! Carry on Rangers! Let's go be great!
