  1. Is the theory working? I am having mental blocks of actually getting to the floor to foam roll in the evenings and trying to think of ways around mental blocks. I like standing up hahahaha

  4. Hey Salinger! Sorry I'm not around much, but please know I'm always supporting you˜!! The list looks great, you can get through today. I've been trying to take deep breaths to calm me when I'm feeling anxious these days and I find they are working.

For the smoothie vs lunch, its likely the smoothie just gets digested faster case its in liquid form and takes less bulk and will leave you hungry soon.

  10. For your hip, I’ve read that massage/foam rolling helps with flexibility to some extent. If you’re loosening tight muscles that is resulting in the opposing muscles to be overstretched. Just an idea.
  11. THAT’S AWESOME!!! WOOT!!! Well done in sticking to your plan! You can do it! Yes, small changes have big effects, stay strong! I second slot, I would suggest waiting till it’s a habit before progressing so you have something to fall back on but you will know best when it’s considered a habit to you (automatic? use to it?) and time to up it :))

  15. Great going on still doing the KBs and walking even when you're tired! Also loving the art. It's interesting to see your thoughts and how you critique your paintings. I actually was given a Wacom a few years back but never really used it. I was wondering if you know any program or resource channel to recommend? I find all the buttons in programmes for digital painting really confusing! Since analog I really only ever did pen and pencil so it doesn't help.

  17. @loire Yea, I hope my body gets get used to the new normal soon!!! @Elastigirl Hahaha! Yes... I actually do watch too much Netflix actually so its funny you said that! hahaha oops... I think I might modify it into two sets of push ups instead of the straight 50 push up reps to scale it down a little... Thank you both for your support! It means a lot to me. ❤️ ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// So something happen yesterday that I felt I overreacted to. I was frustrated at my reaction, pondering why I acted the way I did since I think regardless of situation, I'm usually able to hold back. I decided to do a mood tracker and realised the built up of feelings for the week, it was no wonder I blew! So I decided I was tired of feeling angry and frustrated, switched on the air condition, took 6 cold rinse showers (it's that hot, this has to be a record for me) within 2-3 hours, slapped on some cheery music to jiggle to and took a nap. After a night's sleep, here's to dancing Sunday and the negativity away. Boo yah 〜(꒪꒳꒪)〜 I feel much more clear headed now.

  21. Haha I know what you mean. I do the same thing too! and usually its not a big insight or revolution for me either. I think what I meant is I'm excited to celebrate whichever conclusion you come to, whether it works or doesn't work for you, because that's a step forward. At least for me I'm usually excited when I come to a realisation, even if its small haha. So lovely!!! She must be feeling so proud of herself I like this. We don't need to be stuck in other ways.

  23. That's tough, I find myself in that situation too sometimes XD I hope you've managed to get past the hump! If not, cheering you on! I've found self-care works sometimes. If not, fear of my boss works too. XDDDD
