  1. Hi everyone I lost about 60 pounds, but I’m tying to get a six pack. Even though I eat right I still can’t seem lose that last little bit of fat on my stomach area. I was doing planks and, sit-ups, and push-ups everyday up until two months ago. I had to have emergency surgery and had to remove my appendix and gallbladder so I haven’t been able to do a lot of core workouts. My other issue is I have cerebral palsy so I can’t do all types of workouts, but it’s a mild case so I can do most exercises. My question is at this point do I need to lose more weight or just get tone/build muscle? If I just need to get tone/build muscle can anyone recommend good abs/core exercises that don't involve using legs, and help with getting a six pack? My current workout routine 7 day a week: 5 sets of 20 push-ups 5 sets of 5 planks - 30 second hold cardio on treadmill 30 minutes a day with high incline p.s. sorry if this is a double post I think I posted in the wrong section the first time. Thanks Guys!
