So I want to lose my body fat and build muscle, I currently stand at around 19%, And very close to being underweight (1.74m 55.8kg 18 BMI male)
From what I saw on the internet my intentions should be mainly managing a negative calorie input and cutting on Carbs, and soo i've done.
I took out almost all Carbs from my diet (currently 30g a day~) during the span of a few days and eat 4/7 what i used to (which was somewhere in the calorie maintenance zone, now below) and I also work out much more then I used to (mainly Pushups Plunks, Chest and Belly ), The thing is that im not sure if thats what i supposed to be doing as im already on the verge of being underweight, i would like to ask for tips and guidance if what im doing is alright,
